WSL transfer window: Will Chloe Kelly and Keira Walsh move in January?


Chelsea Centre-back Kadeisha Buchanan is out with an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury, so manager Sonia Bompastor will be keen to bring in a replacement. The WSL leaders are also looking for a midfielder in the summer. Meanwhile, captain Millie Bright is in discussions about a new deal. Erin Cuthbert and Buchanan are also players the club are keen to sign on new deals.

Low club Crystal Palace must be smart in the transfer window because they cannot compete financially. They lack goals so could increase the attacking firepower, while they missed some defensive targets in the summer that they could return to.
