The Saracens star Alex Good had just finished a round of golf with Owen Farrell, when his partner disappeared to make a phone call that split rugby fans and make nythetism claims.
The call was from the father of Owen Andy, the head coach, who was pressured after his son’s choice to replace Eliot Dali on the Tour of Lions, instead of other candidates, including Scottish programs, Tom Jordan.

The entire former British sheet exclusively revealed talksport.com how Farrell realized he was fourth on a tour of the lions.
“It was a very funny, I was playing with him on the golf course and we were coming for lunch and he escapes to call him, and the girl sitting next to her saw her and she said,” Oh, I thought her father had just caught the game after the game (Queensland).
“And then it is obvious that we put two and two together and like” Oh right him and he is flying.
“He didn’t tell us, he had his lunch and he went,” he said. “It is very funny that I spent five hours with him in a golf course, none of us played it well, so we were a little disappointed with golf. He was sitting at lunch, he seemed to be frustrated.
“I woke up the next morning and like Oh, so he was looking for stress for telephone conversation and claiming that it was about his car, but he probably tried to tell his wife that he had gone to Australia for a few weeks.”
Farrell, who has 112 hats for England, left the international rug after the World Cup 2023, where he drowned by his fans and went to France to play 92.
However, the injury ruined the move, and he returned to Sarachans, where he previously helped the club win the British and European championship.
He remembers that he was disappointed with some of the British fans who won Farrell, the top scorer in England at all times. “I think this was an English event that happened (in the World Cup). It was an incredibly naive and stupid British fans (who created Owen),” he explained.
“He is great for England and he was the captain, and the one who was one of the best three players in the semi-finals against South Africa was unbelievable,” he said.
“And yet, during those matches, they drowned him, I think it’s a stigma. I don’t see it with lions, I see it as; there will be all nations that appreciate him and if he plays he will be behind him because they know what he is doing.

“But in the end I think all the whole organization, coaches, physius, players who know he is there. Is Owen Farrell’s peak? We can’t know. Can he nurture himself in big cases? If anyone can, Owen.”
Good believes that his wife can be the answer to the lions to the NFL goat Tom Brady and guide the team to the greatness, even if he moves towards the twilight, a remarkable profession and explained: “He is 100 % (a modern great).
“I think he is sometimes admired because you are trying to measure the intangibles – this is a bit of Tom Brady’s work because he does not defeat the players fastest, the strongest and not the most agile.
“He doesn’t do flash work, but what you do in the week is what you see at the weekend.
“For someone who is not very athlete, he has a very good fitness that breaks everything, it will work hard and very good. And it is very good, he is very competitive, he has a bright rug, and as I said, he can bring a quality to a group that raises his team,” he said.
“You don’t see the bad Owen Farrell team when he plays 10, he is there and he leads it. You don’t see bad teams like that.”

So why does the Good think that the lions decided for other options, including Tom Jordan Scotland, who could play in different situations on the rear line?
Saracens explained the most players at all times: “I consider it to be the true benefits of Owen. I think what I have seen so far is that this is a mistake.
“This team has a lot of experience and I think someone like Owen will be incredible for the whole group, he intends to choose standards for training, he wants to bring more intensity to be more intense than anyone else,” he said.
“The whole group will start to work,” it is true that we must be in each session. “
“Do I think he will play in the test series? It is unlikely, but I think his impact on the standards of education at the time shows the games will be impressive.
“He will be incredible for the Midweek group, it is easy to disappear when choosing,” he said.

“He will be on those guys to prepare the tone to help the test team. I think this will be his biggest asset for the whole group.
“He is a combination of being extraordinary, but at the same time he is the one who brings the entire competition of the group, he is not afraid of saying this,” he said.
“I am sure there are players on that tour that are equally competitive but they probably do more separately, Owen does it as a collective, he assures that everyone is in it, everyone gets something from the meeting.
“And I think this is an impact, you are on your toes, you want to do well, you don’t want to scream. If everyone does it for the next four weeks, that will be a great tour.
“Some people want to impress him, others don’t want to tell them that they won’t do it,” he said.
“I think it just lifting everyone, everyone starts doing a little more, they try a little more difficult and press the standards in practice. I think this is the greatest power he brings to the group.”
