Paulo Fonseca is dealing with Milan’s selection crisis in attack, so Alex Jimenez is likely to start at left-back against Paul Dybala’s Roma.

It starts at 20:45 CET (19:45 CET). Football Italia will be among the accredited media at San Siro.

Milan coach Fonseca revealed on Saturday that USMNT star Christian Pulisic had suffered an injury setback which forced him to sit out the game against the Giallorossi.

Rafael Leao is also on the treatment table, as are Noah Okafor, Yunus Musah, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alessandro Florenzi.

Theo Hernandez will return to the lineup after playing the last two games on the bench. Filippo Terracciano will start again in midfield and Jimenez will be deployed as a left winger.

Bryan Cristante is Roma’s only unavailable player and Giallorossi coach Claudio Ranieri appears to have only one doubt, whether to start in attack with Stephan El Shaarawy or Niccol Pisilli as the third central midfielder.

According to Sky Sport Italia, it is the latter favorite starting place at San Siro tonight.
