There were shameful scenes in the Canary Islands where the derby between Las Palmas and Tanarif faced violence before the match.
This is an annual competition known as Teeide Trophy, but for this friendly occasion it was nothing but that.

The Spanish Joping Exit, a journalist at the scene at the Los Quartos Stadium, had Tanarif’s house and fled a moment when about 80 to 100 Las Palmas fans attacked the ground and went to his rival corner.
They add: As can be seen in the film, the objects were thrown, and the civil guard (local police) was forced to intervene, fortunately it seemed to be scary before intensifying the situation.
The race ends 1-1, while Tenerife claimed the penalties.
The two rivals of the island have not been in the same section since the 2022/23 season, both playing in Spain.

The story of the fall of Las Palmas
