Kelly, who practices in SBG Ireland with the coach of Conor McGregor, John Cavanagh, in SBG Ireland, fails to 1-4, while Dupras improves to 9-2.
This was the third direct return game for Kelly in the cage looking for a 10 -fighting line.
Elsewhere, the card, Khabib Nurmagomedov Protégé Movlid Khaybulaev won the controversial 2025 PFL weightlifting with a victory over the fifth round on Isa Pindo.
