Danny Murphy believes Liverpool should replace Mohamed Salah with Real Madrid forward Rodrigo or “two players” if he leaves Anfield.
There are reds. Eight points clear in the Premier League They are a point behind second-placed Nottingham Forest, who have a game in hand, while Arsenal are a further point behind but have played as many matches as the Reds.
Everything has so much pink Liverpool Arne Slott dreamed of starting his tenure at Anfield after replacing Reds great Jurgen Klopp in the summer.
However, the contract situation for Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk could become a distraction as all three players have failed to agree new contracts with their deals expiring in the summer.
advice, Who has already scored 30 goals in the Premier League this season.has been in incredible form but admitted on Sunday that he was nowhere near a new deal.
Asked about his future after the win over West Ham, Told wrong Sky Sports: “No, we are far from it (agreement) and I don’t want to put anything in the media.
“The only thing in my mind is that I want Liverpool to win the league and I want to be a part of that.
“I will try my best to win the trophy for the team. A few other teams are catching up with us and we need to stay focused and humble and get going again.
Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy believes the Reds will sort out a Salah deal sooner or later but has ideas for alternatives if the Egyptian’s demands are “ridiculously unrealistic”.
Murphy said MyBettingSites.co.uk: “I think it’s really important that they do everything they can to keep him for two more years. He looks fit, he lives a good life. I don’t see any loss physically if he stays. He wants to break the record.
“To me, from all the conversations and interviews I’ve seen him in, it feels like he wants to stay.
“Yes, of course there should be a succession plan. The recruitment team at any big club should always be looking at who might be next to fill those shoes.
“The only reason I would say not to sign him is if his demands are so ridiculous and so high that it’s unrealistic and against the club’s philosophy and then causes problems in negotiations with other players.
“I have a good feeling it will be resolved. All the noise is good. The impact he has on the team, the fans love him, he’s a role model for other players at the club. As long as it’s ridiculously unrealistic.” I think it would be silly not to find a solution until then.”

On possible changes, Murphy added: “Semenio is potentially a very good player. I think there are really only two ways to change a prayer – one is to get someone who you think is likely to be just as effective. There aren’t many of them.
“Maybe if you get Rodrigo from Real Madrid, or someone like him, who has this great ability and talent to beat people and score goals. Even he doesn’t get the numbers that Salah gets.
“If they can’t get someone who is already playing at the top level in the Champions League, winning trophies and being successful, then I think you’re probably better off bringing in two players. “
Murphy continued: “The other option is to replace him with two players.
“I think the young lad at Southampton looks like a superstar. Tyler Dibling. Fast, strong, good left foot, likes to play on the right, comes in.
“If someone is playing in the Premier League, at the top of their game and deserves to play at a higher level, I’d probably put Jarrod Bowen ahead of Semino. I think he’s more reliable, more experienced, More of a goal threat and I think he’ll develop into a better team. He’s a great finisher, he’s quick, he’s got good link-up play.
“That’s probably the way I’d go. I’d look for someone who’s established in the Premier League and then competitive rather than replacing Salah at a younger age.
