The boy held a press conference on Saturday with New Tottenham coach Thomas Frank and confirmed his decision to leave north London after 10 years.
Talksport knows that LAFC has a board in its native South Korea, where Spurs is currently on its pre -season tour.
Personal conditions are now agreed, while negotiations between the two clubs are in advanced stage and the boy is set to link to the former teammate Tottenham Hugo Loris in the United States.
“Before the press conference, I just want to share the information I have decided to leave the club in the summer,” said a emotional boy before the friendly match against Newcastle.
“And with respect, this club helps me in my decision.
“So I just want to share this information before starting a press conference.”
“That was my most difficult football decision,” Winger added.
“I have been here for ten years at a beautiful club with beautiful fans and having such amazing memories,” he said.
“And after all, it was very difficult to make the decision. But as I said, I feel like I need a new environment and press myself.
“And to get more of me, I feel like I need a little change. Ten years have long been thinking about it.

“So and I came to London as a child. 23 years old, a very young (and) young boy came to London who didn’t even speak English.
“And (I) leave this club as a adult man. It’s a very proud moment.
“So I just want to thank all the fans of Spurs who gave me a lot of love.
“I felt my house was. But yes, that was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.”
The boy is probably the largest international player in Tottenham’s history, which is on his full -time show 454 times.
He also deployed himself in the history of the Premier League history and scored 127 times on the top of the English flight, and eventually the 16th list was on top of the full -time scorers, above the likes of Steven Gerard and Jan Wright.

South Korea’s departure months later won its first prize as the club’s captain when Spores won in the Europa League in May.
Following the announcement of his departure, Tony Kaskarino, the host of the conversation, led Tottenham’s extraordinary work.
“I love the players who give a lot to a football club,” the former Ireland striker said.
“He has never been on the front pages, never had a problem, never disrupted the camp, played for Harry Kane II for a long time, but it was quite important to work with him,” he said.
“Ten years, it’s great. He has lost half of the yard, which was harmful to him as a player. But when I look at him, I just think what a great career.
“If you are any manager, Thomas Frank would like to hold him and work with him, but I think he has made the right move.
“It is clear that Sony begins the team as captain (against Newcastle on Sunday).
“If this is the last game for Sony, what is the place to do this in front of his home fans.
“This can be a beautiful end.”
“I mean, last year, watching him out of the bench and even Spurs’s fans says that no one is completely a player.
“He has been an absolute legend at the football club. And it looks like only a great boy who is around.
“He has been a real profession that fans just have to admire.
