Football fans are convinced they have worked out who the supposed masked Premier League footballer in the new edition of the Baller League is.
The football competition kicked off its second series on Monday night, with celebrity managers including the likes of the Lionesses’ Chloe Kelly, YouTuber and Traitors star Niko Omilana and former Premier League striker Daniel Sturridge.
Ahead of the new season, Omilana had made an announcement that his side would include a current Premier League player, and all eyes were on the star as they made their way onto the field for the first time.
They were brought on to take a free kick for their team, with fans speculating who they could be based on their stance. It appeared the player was only on the field to take set pieces.
The players wore long black leg warmers, as well as a yellow body warmer on their upper body, a black ski mask and a batman-like mask to protect their eyes.
All of that pulled together has led to a number of theories that he could be one particular player who is known for his set piece antics.
Niko Omilana’s unnamed ACTIVE Premier League footballer in the Baller League has come on, seemingly only for set pieces…
Can anyone tell who it is from the stand and run up?

A third posted: ‘Please don’t f***ing be James Ward Prowse man my club has enough s*** to deal with.
A number of fans were concerned their player was taking part, with one Arsenal supporter writing: ‘I pray this isn’t Gyokeres.’
Some, however, are skeptical about whether the player actually features in the English top flight at all.
One posted: ‘I genuinely don’t think he is a premium player.’
Another wrote: ‘He isn’t a premium player, surely they’re doing too much.’
Other suggestions included Jarrod Bowen, suspended Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk and current Blues star Cole Palmer.
