Calluses: This has become the worst humiliation in the history of Football Football. When did the powers that be at IBROX realize that if it’s TheLwell and Stewart who keep stumbling then they need to be fired immediately? Three potential managers speed us up in a little over a week. Shocking and embarrassing.
Michael: Thelwell and Stewart want more of an input into first team activities and this seems to be the breakdown. They both have to go. If Andrew Cavenaghath and Paraag Parather and Muscat want excellence to happen – after all, they are the ‘bosses’.
Isobel: The Club are aware of Muscat’s situation at the outset, so why the main if they are so desperate to get someone ASAP? This is said to be incompetent and astonishingly arrogant to believe that they could take him in the first place by giving him a second title. The entire management team including the Americans have dragged a proud club down the drain in the ongoing omni-shambles. It’s absolutely disgraceful and I feel for the players in all of this, left leaderless, exposed and hanging out to dry.
Neil: It is clear that if the new manager wants to control recruitment then the Tellwell Problem is the problem. Time for the owners to take control and show that they have the ability to run the club.
Stuart: I have supported this club since my late Dad took me to my first game in the late 1970s, spending thousands traveling around the UK and Europe ‘it’ is simply ‘simply’ simply ‘simply the best’ as bad as it gets. Poor boardroom choices, poor management and poor recruitment. Thelwell and Stewart should go as they only fill their pockets while making a complete mockery of what a proud club you are.
Sonny: The board is a bag. The Americans have anything to do with leaving the club in a worse shambles than the previous administration, which I thought was impossible. We are a funny stock and there aren’t many great candidates left. Shameful.
Brian: What is a shalles and what is a complete shocker from those in charge – the blame must lie on Stewart and Tell, who cannot do a double act as a pantomime horse. I was at a complete loss of contrast in despair.
Alexander: The main problem appears to be Thelwell and Stewart. If these two are the reason we can’t get a deal done then get rid of it. The Rangers are too big to run in such a happy way. Supporters shouldn’t take more of these things for nothing, maybe an empty ibrox and non-renewal of season tickets will wake up the owners.
