Brighton table £23m bid for South American starlet in major winter bid

Premier League minnows Brighton are said to have a bid for the South American starlet.

The Albion have placed a £23.5M bid for Palm trees Defender Victor Rice.

The Seagulls have already seen two bids rejected for the youngster, who is also wanted by other top European teams.

The likes of Real Madrid, ArsenalAnd Chelsea Have been scouting him for the past few months.

Palmeiras previously claimed that they did not intend to sell rice this winter.

They are pushing to keep him for the Club World Cup, which takes place this summer.
