During his 16 -year -old spell at Spurs, he was dispatched to EFL with 9 different loans.

He spent his time in the city of Yoil, Eastern Leiton, MK Dons, Ipswich, Watford, Millwall, Leeds, Birmingham and QPR.

Townsend finally left Tottenham nine years ago for Newcastle, but he spent half a year in St. James Park.

A move to the Palace Crystal was followed in 2016, and he went on to play 185 games in all competitions for the Eagles.

Of the 185 years, a total of 168 of them were in the Premier League, and he has been at the top of the next five years.

Towsend was finally moved to Turkey, Everton and then Luton before leaving Britain last year.

Problem in Türkiye

Tunzand started in Türkiye in strange conditions because he did not know whether he had a contract with Antalyzor.

He signed a contract with the club last summer after leaving Luton, but the transfer remains in doubt.

AntalyaSpur had tried to sign the front before the ban was banned, but they lost the deadline.

And the former star put the Premier League in Limbo, practiced in Türkiye and waited for his move – which eventually went to the club as soon as 23 games.

“We lost the deadline for a few hours,” said Towsend at the BBC Radio 5 Live at the time. So this contract is signed with Antlaspur, they cannot officially register me, they cannot announce me because they have a transfer ban.

“So I literally just got stuck in Antlaspur training. I don’t know who has me. I don’t know where my contract is.”

Renamed

Before leaving British football, he made a change in the name he wore behind his shirt.

In Luton, he “Townsend sr.” He did not donate in his kit and is expected to keep it in Kanchanaburi Power.

He explained the reason for his change to the conversation in 2024.

“This is really simple,” he said. “My son is Andrus Townsend Jr..

“I got out of the game for a few years, so it was natural to come back and respect my son and change my name to make my new name fit to my name.

“I hope, the day my son is in the Premier League that rotates on the wing, he can have Tunisand Jr. on his shirt and all that will mean.”
