The fraction of the inch once aroused chaos scenes in the United States, which led to a rewriting of the book of the Holy Golf law.
Major 2016 was held in Omcont, where this year is a difficult to see the human eye this year, which shows his latest version.

The event was won by Dustin Johnson, the first two professional career – and he showed victory in the tent, showing that the laser focus was a worthy hero.
Johnson was facing a night leader in the final day with Shin Lori, but as he pushed the drama forward, though no one was aware of this period or margin.
As he went to beat his fifth Green Johnson, he trained two strokes and when he went for his shot, the ball moved.
Given the small touch, he summoned to the referee of Mark Newle, who cleared him from any violations, such as Lee Westwood’s partner.
The problem that stopped? In the smallest
Johnson would continue his championship round, scoring only one shot to record and put Lori challenge with a three -shot shot in bed.
Native to South Carolina could never be forgiven by the nervousness of what he would be his first major, never paying attention to the distraction that happened in the future.
A little known to everyone in this period, while Johnson was moving towards Triumph, the official US Golf Association (USGA), Craig Winter, was investigating the ball in the fifth and calling in USGA chief executive Thomas Piggel.
Law 18.2 stated that if “no more” is that a player makes the ball move, they should be penalized.
Winter and Piggel agreed, after which they were forced to communicate with Johnson just before he disappeared in the twelfth.

As this shock became clear to those who watched, one of them, Rori Mc Ilrero, expressed his dissatisfaction with the social media.
“This is ridiculous … there is no punishment for DJ,” he wrote.
“Let the boy play in his mind without this trap. Amateur clock from USGA.
“That’s not right for someone. If I was me, I wouldn’t shoot anymore until this Persian was corrected.”
Jordan Spit was in agreement, adding, “Lemme does this directly. DJ doesn’t pay it.
“It has been ruling that he has not made it move. Now you tell me that he may have? Now? Is this a joke?”

In a way, Johnson did not allow him to harass his moment and even increase his game and record his first bird in this round to finish four beats before Lori.
No one knew what was going to happen or even a penalty that Johnson was unable to celebrate and demanded to meet with USGA employees.
There was a penalty, but fortunately for those who watched and attended, it was just a stroke, and Johnson gave Johnson its first major victory in the most dramatic conditions.
Explaining what in his mind after knowing the possible punishment, he said, “I just told myself, when we did, we will worry about it.
“I didn’t think I would be punished,” he said.
“I couldn’t do anything about it. Just focus on this next photo. I tried to do it from there, all the way home. It was just me and the golf course.”

A statement later issued by USGA apologized to its types: “After reflection, we regret the distraction of our decision to wait until the end of the decision to decide on this verdict.
“For evidence -based verdicts, it is natural to wait for the end of a round, when it can be discussed with the player before returning the card,” he said.
“While our focus was on making the right sentence, we created uncertainty about where the players stood on the board of directors, after Dustin’s 12th informed, that his actions on the fifth green could lead to a penalty,” he said.
“This unnecessary ambiguity for Dustin and other players, as well as spectators at the place and those who watch and listen to digital television and channels.”
Six months later, USGA and R&A announced complete repairs to 34 golf laws.
One of them covered a repetition, as from January 1, 2017, competition officials at all levels can use a local law that eliminates a penalty when a ball randomly places on a green.
While the change in golf laws was already underway, Piggel later said that the incident had created “urgency” because they had to do better. “
Fortunately for them Johnson could not do much more, though his four strokes ended every opportunity for one of the biggest stolen sports he has ever seen.
