Man Utd views on Jaden Sancho revealed to be imminent with the chance of a final sale

An insider has revealed Manchester United’s views on Jaden Sancho, who is on loan with Aston Villa, are a final chance to close in on a sale.

Templates He has had a torrid time at Old Trafford following a £73m move in 2021. We are now in the fifth season since then and the winger has spent time away from United in three of them.

He has also been on loan to Borussia Dortmund as well as Chelsea and Aston Villa, meaning he has played just 83 games. unitedin which he has been involved in 18 straight goals.

In his current spell at Villa, Sancho has failed to score or assist in eight games, and was substituted after coming on as a sub in the win over Manchester City.

With his loan deal all season long and Sancho’s United signing beyond that spell – with an option for a one-year extension – insider Pat O’Rourke speculates on the Red Devils’ views.

“If he’s not part of United’s plans, maybe it’s better that they just cut their losses on him and everyone can move on and Sancho can also go to a new club and put him down because, of course, there’s a top player,” he said. Football insider.

“His time at Man United, they spent big, big money on him, about £70m. It doesn’t work for either party.

“He’s just spent most of his time at Old Trafford. He’s had loan spells at Dortmund, Chelsea and now Villa. I think really now United are probably thinking maybe it’s better for them to let him go on a free transfer and get those wages off the books.”

There is an interesting option for Sancho, which is a return to Dortmund, but he doesn’t want to spend a fee on that.

Of course, a separate one Football insider The report revealed that Dortmund are keen to re-sign the winger, but only if he becomes available on a free.

They would certainly be one of the first sides he looks at if he becomes available, knowing the wages on offer there would be decent, if not what he was making at United.

Sancho has clearly had success at Dortmund before – scoring 120 goals in 158 games straight, including three goals and three assists in 21 games during his last loan spell, when he struggled at United.
