Luke Roccold has claimed that he was paid by the World League against the World League (GFL) for a clash that never happened.
The 40 -year -old had joined its troops for its first MMA period since the UFC leaves with GFL, after fought in the naked and karate boxing after its implementation in Dana White’s promotion.

What happened to the World War League?
In February, GFL announced that Roccold will face Chris Vidman with his former UFC rival in a ten -year return game.
Roccold won four rounds of Vidman in its main UFC 194 matches in December 2015 to win the mid -weight championship.
The ad shows that the couple fought on a double card alongside the hosts of other exciting periods that include MMA legends and former UFC stars.
But two months later, GFL collapsed after the cancellation of its opening events, and several of the biggest stars of the sport in the future have been struggling, and this promotion has not been heard since then.
Now, its Rockhold is back to the battle for the first time in its professional boxing under the Misfits flag.
The former UFC weightlifting champion spoke with Talksport.com before his return to war and was honest about his brief spell with GFL.
In response to the question of whether he was in a conversation with GFL, Roccold replied, “Yes, I just paid a check.”
“I knew somehow they didn’t do anything, but you know … I had a good 50 point and 50 good.”
Roccold then confirmed that he did not expect his war with Vidman all the time.
“My manager’s kind knew,” he said.

“You see the scale of payment and how they are paid to the people – it doesn’t just mean what people are paying for salaries,” he said.
“You’re talking about seven -digit payment checks for non -UFC champions, kids who have never reached.
“Like what you are ***? You can’t keep it. There’s no stability, so I paid. I paid well.”
Who is Luke Rocold in Misfits 22?
In his return to the battle of the sport, Rockel faces a former UFC Darren Till fighter on August 30.
The couple puts it at the main Misfits 22 event in Manchester.
The card also features MMA Tony Ferguson and TV star, Joi Slex Reality, who is competing with Conor Ben before his first appearance.

Roccold said he decided to fight under the Misfits flag because he always wanted to fight in England.
He believes that fighting Till is a great way to “warm up my feet” and have ambition to get better with large gloves.
“Boxing is the last art of my war that I haven’t really complete,” Rockold ended.
“I enjoy the full process of art as always in life. I like to complete things.
“There were holes in my game, and I look forward to cleaning them and a little more dangerous.”
