Fiorentina are on the lookout for a new striker in January and candidates include Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Monza’s Milan Djuric.
Viola is flying high in Serie A and after placing in the top eight of the table, it has already qualified for the 16th round of the conference league.
Moise Kean is their top scorer with 10 goals, but has received very little support from his teammates, so reinforcements are being sought in the January transfer window.
According to Calciomercato.com and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the main candidate for Fiorentina is Calvert-Lewin, whose contract with Everton is expires in June 2025.
It would be a reunion between Calvert-Lewin and Keane, who played together briefly at Everton.
The 27-year-old has been with the Toffees since 2016 and has four goals in 11 senior appearances for England.
Although he scored two goals this season, the last one was in September.
They have too they have been linked with Juventus and Milan.
Fiorentina’s other options include tall Monza centre-forward Djuric and current Serie B star Cristian Shpendi, who is impressing at Cesena.
