Former Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has debuted his brand new hairstyle as he hits the ski slopes with his family over the festive period.
The Swiss star has been the mainstay of the impressive Bayer Leverkusen team, which continues to grow steadily under the manager’s leadership. Xabi Alonso.
Last season, the German outfit went on a 51-match unbeaten streak, which was worrying Bayern Munich to win Bundesliga title and DFB Pokal.
They are currently only four points behind Vincent KompanyA Bavarian side in the league who have lost just one game this campaign and are sitting pretty Champions League fourth with 13 points from six games.
Xhaka, 32, is enjoying something of a career summer, making 25 appearances in all competitions, dominating the midfield and providing five assists.
This festive season, he’s decided it’s time for a fresh start – but luckily for Leverkusen fans, it’s only his hair that’s going away.

The Swiss international debuted a new style on the ski slopes in a heartwarming Instagram post showing him enjoying a holiday with his family.
Xhaka can be seen with his wife Leonita Lekaj and their two children with their heads shaved, in stark contrast to his flowing hair.
They are pictured sitting on a thick bed with two youngsters in matching outfits.
In another, Xhaka walks away from the camera holding one child in her arms and another by the hand, revealing that the back of her head is also completely shaved.
The December 28 post is titled: ‘Family time is the best time.’
